They are focused on sales, service, increasing your revenue and NOI (Net Operating Income). We believe that eco-friendly systems can help to reduced fixed operating costs like power and water which are now manageable with new technology. We have a balanced approach based on looking at benefits and costs and do not recommend systems unless they have been proven. Owners can expect professional European styled management with a focus on service and a smart commitment to the Ecology.

To our guests: we have a fresh hotel concept that supports the green movement and lifestyle which includes serving natural organic foods. Our properties respect the ecology with Leeds certified equipment and renewable building materials. We have created a place for eco travels to enjoy full hospitality services We balance service and the ecology and feel that providing you with fifteen minutes of hot water is not service.

From using eco-friendly products to clean guest rooms to room amenities that reduce the amount of plastic waits. Reduced use of water and other resources is another element of our concept. Our guests have access to lifestyle activities that like Yoga and other group exercise classes for guest and along with other activities that focuses on personal wellness.

Our managers and associates compensation is directly tied into educational accomplishment, leadership and service to our guests.
